How to Inspection Slide Bearing Bushings ?

• Slide Bearings are produced according to ISO3547 / DIN1494

So inspection also is according to the way stated in standard. It is not inspected by micrometer directly.

• Inspection tools:

1. Outer diameter: using Ring Gage

2. Inner diameter: Install into a housing, or under a pressure in a housing, then using Plug Gage

3. Height: Caliper:  using vernier caliper

4. Flange diameter: Install into a housing, or under a pressure in a housing, then using vernier caliper
